At Shopping Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the beauty items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
